We are headquartered in San Francisco, CA, with a global presence across the United States, EMEA, and APAC.The role?The Senior Growth Manager will be responsible for driving business outcomes for RZR Global's largest advertisers in the US. Acting as both a strategic partner to clients and an internal orchestrator across product, data science, analytics, engineering, and creative teams, this role ensures that client goals are met and exceeded. The Growth Manager will build strong relationships, proactively identify growth opportunities, and lead operational excellence to drive measurable performance improvements.This is a highly strategic role for someone who thrives at the intersection of data, technology, and client success.What will you do?Revenue Retention & GrowthDrive net growth across the book of business with the aim of meeting or exceeding revenue targetsIdentifying and selling growth opportunities, and managing risksDriving expansion, product adoption, and deploying churn prevention/re-activation strategiesContribute to the long-term revenue pipeline by identifying customer needs and business gapsClient Ownership & StrategyOwn strategic creation and execution of account growth planBuild strong client relationships across the client organization - peer and uplevelEstablish QBR cadence and leverage it to drive progress and deliverables on the growth planTranslate complex product and technical concepts into clear strategies for clientsProvide competitive market insights and exercise of best practicesAbility to drive product adoption through effective communication of product/market changesCampaign Management & Performance InsightsClose collaboration with Analyst team to ensure launch, execution, and performance optimization in line with client goals and growth planMaintain proactive account health monitoring, set up basic reporting, create a hypothesis for performance improvement/ issues Recommend creative refresh strategies based on performance decay/fatigueDeliver actionable insights tied to business outcomes, not just metricsCross-Functional CollaborationGuide/ Manage/ Set Tone for cross functional effort w/ internal teams to deliver against customer expectations, KPIs, and growth planMaintain structured escalation paths to resolve issues in line with customer expectationsConduct client training sessions, platform walkthroughs, and onboardingDocument key wins and learnings for internal playbooks and knowledge sharingOperational ExcellenceMaintain clean forecasting, CRM hygiene, documentation, and reportingEnsure timely, accurate invoicing, and financial alignmentUse rigorous meeting management and QA workflows to minimize errorsWhat are we looking for?3-5+ years in digital advertising, mobile-focused tech/consulting environment, or client-facing roles.Ability to adapt to a fast growing company and drive growth focused initiatives is a must.Outstanding communication skills with clients building trustworthy relationships.Excellence in problem-solving, logical and out-of-box thinking to achieve goals.Great co-working skills with multiple stakeholders from the different backgrounds.Familiarity with data and numbers, understanding AI/ML and technology is plus.
