Your work will tangibly impact our company and the composites industry, and you will be able to make rapid professional gains in an environment that encourages growth and innovation.\n\nThis role involves leading the end-to-end development and scaled manufacturing of high-performance composite products. You will be responsible for taking innovative concepts, designing products, manufacturing first articles, proving performance, and scaling manufacturing.
