Job Summary: We are seeking a part-time candidate with office experience that can provide administrative support within the purchasing department. Duties/Responsibilities: Answering overflow purchasing calls, taking messages, etc. Responsible for accurate data entry Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with all internal and external customers Establish a positive rapport and maintain professionalism with all internal and external customers Possibility of cross training within the department Other related admin duties as assigned Required Skills/Abilities: Must possess the ability to multi-task and adapt quickly to changes Must demonstrate a positive attitude and sound judgement Required experience in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel Bluebeam experience preferred but not required Education and Experience: High school diploma required Previous office experience Physical Requirements: Sedentary work Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally Repetitive motion of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers Visual acuity to prepare and analyze data; extended viewing on a computer screen Supervisory Responsibilities:· None Benefits: None – not a benefits eligible position Job Type: Part-time Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: No more than 29 per week Schedule: 4 hour shift Monday to Friday Experience: Office: 1 year (Required) Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Required) Work Location: In person
