Crucially, we personalize care for every Member through a dedicated multidisciplinary care team, empowered by our advanced digital platform. This ecosystem includes specialized tools for our providers and a fully accessible Member Portal (web and mobile) for our Members.The RoleWe are seeking a hunter sales leader to build Ilant Health's presence across public sector and labor-sponsored health plans.This role will focus on state and local government employers, unions, and Taft-Hartley funds.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop pipeline across public sector employers, unions, and Taft-Hartley fundsBuild relationships with fund administrators, union leadership, and benefits advisorsEducate labor leaders on the health and financial impact of obesityNavigate procurement processes and multi-stakeholder decision structuresPartner with brokers and consultants advising these fundsRepresent Ilant Health at labor and public sector conferencesBuild Ilant's reputation in this specialized marketQualifications7–12+ years selling healthcare solutions to public sector or labor marketsExperience working with Taft-Hartley funds or union benefit plansStrong understanding of labor governance structuresProven success navigating complex procurement processesEntrepreneurial mindset and ability to build a territory from scratchBenefits And PerksWe believe great work happens when people are supported, trusted, and given the flexibility to thrive.
