Coverage NeededStart Date: As soon as credentialedEnd Date: OngoingClinical DetailsPractice Settings: Freestanding Emergency Department fully integrated with main facility11 emergency room bays, including a fully equipped trauma bay10,000 Annual Volume estimated year one24-hours of physician coverage10,000 square feetSeparate adult and pediatric waiting areaAll private treatment roomsState of the art imaging, including CT, Ultrasound, and RadiologyAmbulance bay for EMS accessPatients needing to be admitted to an inpatient bed will be transported to the main campusRequirementsFlexibility in Schedule:Provider MUST be willing to work day AND night shiftsProvider MUST be willing to work weekdays AND weekendsProviders living inside of 50 miles from the facility will be considered "Local", and will not be eligible for this roleActive NH licenseDEA must remain in state to maintain privileges. Provider must be willing transfer and maintain DEA in state for the duration of privileges being active, or obtain a new in state DEA to remain in state for the duration of privileges being activeBoard Certified in one of the following:American Board of Emergency MedicineAmerican Osteopathic Board of Emergency Medicineor FM/IM with recent ED experience
