As our Client Coordinator, you'll be the person who keeps projects moving, clients informed, and our internal team aligned. You'll work closely with leadership, clients, designers, writers, strategists, and production teams to ensure every project stays on pace from kickoff through final delivery.This isn't simply a project management role. It's an opportunity to become a trusted partner to both our clients and our team, helping create an exceptional experience at every stage of the relationship.Key ResponsibilitiesKeep Projects MovingOwn project timelines from kickoff through final delivery, ensuring milestones and deadlines stay on track.Monitor project progress and proactively identify roadblocks before they become problems.Coordinate across internal teams to keep deliverables moving efficiently.Keep Clients ConnectedServe as the primary point of contact for assigned clients throughout each project.Communicate proactively, providing updates, setting expectations, and ensuring clients always know what's happening next.Build trust by delivering a consistent, organized, and professional client experience.Keep Everything OrganizedMaintain project documentation, timelines, and client records with exceptional attention to detail.Manage and update project management software to keep projects organized and visible.Ensure nothing falls through the cracks by following up consistently and driving every project across the finish line.What We're Looking ForWe're less concerned with checking every box than finding someone who's naturally wired for this kind of work.
