The AUM must successfully pass all ROCC evaluations at all times, complete bank deposits as required, and be available for relocation if business needs require.\nKey Responsibilities:\nOperational Leadership\nSupport the RGM in overseeing daily restaurant operations.\nEnsure proper staffing, scheduling, and labor control in alignment with sales trends.\nMonitor product quality, hold times, and food safety procedures to meet KFC standards.\nVerify completion of opening, shift, and closing checklists.\n\nPeople Management\nLead, motivate, and develop Shift Supervisors and Team Members.\nConduct ongoing coaching, evaluations, and performance feedback.\nEnsure team compliance with uniform, appearance, and attendance standards.\nParticipate in hiring, onboarding, and training new employees.\n\nCustomer Experience\nMaintain high service standards and respond quickly to guest concerns.\nMonitor Speed with Service metrics and drive improvements in order accuracy and hospitality.\nPromote a positive and welcoming guest environment.\n\nFinancial & Administrative\nAssist in controlling food, paper, and labor costs to achieve profit targets.\nAccurately complete cash handling and daily deposit procedures.\nSupport in inventory counting, ordering, and waste control.\n\nCompliance & Safety\nEnsure compliance with all local health and safety regulations.\nMaintain cleanliness, sanitation, and maintenance throughout the restaurant.\nFollow up on brand and internal audit results and execute corrective actions.\n\nExpectations:\nGreet Guests:\nEvery guest must be greeted with a warm, friendly smile and eye contact within 5 seconds of entering or approaching the counter or drive-thru.\nUse polite and positive phrases such as:\n“Hi, welcome to KFC! How are you today?”\n“Thank you for coming in! What can I get started for you?”\n\nProvide Efficient Service:\nTake accurate orders quickly and confirm them clearly before processing.\nMaintain professionalism and a calm attitude, even during busy periods.\nEnsure that every order meets KFC quality and accuracy standards.\n\nImplement Upselling:\nOffer guests value items or upgrades that complement their order, using suggestive selling language.
