The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, experience developing business intelligence solutions, and the ability to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders across federal government environments.\nResponsibilities:\nDesign, develop, and maintain performance dashboards and program reports.\nTranslate business requirements into KPIs.\nAnalyze data to identify trends and insights.\nProvide clear, actionable data visualizations using tools such as Power BI.\nSupport strategic planning and performance management initiatives.\nExperience Requirements:\nBachelor’s degree (BA/BS), with a minimum of four (4) years of relevant experience, OR Master’s degree (MA/MS), with a minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience, OR Relevant technical certification (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate) and a minimum of eight (8) years of relevant experience may be substituted for a formal degree.\nRelevant experience includes data analysis, performance management, business intelligence, and dashboard development.\nMinimum of three (3) years of relevant experience in support of federal government agencies.
