Developer
Akkodis is seeking a Developer for a Contract with a client in Concord, NC(Remote). Candidates must have strong hands‑on experience with C#/.NET and FHIR R4 to build, integrate, and support interoperable solutions while ensuring HIPAA compliance and system reliability.Rate Range: $45/hour to $53/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.Developer Job Responsibilities IncludeDesign, develop, and maintain scalable .NET applications and RESTful APIs supporting healthcare interoperability.Implement and manage FHIR R4/R5 resources to enable secure clinical and administrative data exchange.Integrate applications with EHRs and external healthcare systems using HL7, JSON, and XML standards.Ensure compliance with HIPAA, security, and data privacy requirements across all solutions.Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality, well‑documented solutions and participate in code reviews and CI/CD processes.Troubleshoot production issues, optimize performance, and contribute to system design and architecture discussions.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).6–8 years of hands-on experience in .NET development with healthcare applications.Proven experience implementing and supporting FHIR R4 resources and healthcare interoperability solutions.Strong understanding of HIPAA compliance, secure API development, and integration with EHR systems.If you are interested in this role, then please click APPLY NOW.
