You’ll be responsible for setting up machines, verifying materials, and maintaining optimal process performance in accordance with established procedures and standards.\nYour Team\nYou’ll be part of a collaborative, hands-on manufacturing team focused on delivering high-quality products through precision, consistency, and continuous improvement. The Molding team is made up of skilled operators, technicians, and engineers who work closely together to maintain equipment performance, solve problems quickly, and ensure production targets are met.\nWhat we offer from Day One\nMedical, Dental and Vision coverage\n160 hours of Paid Time Off and Paid Holidays\n401K match\nEmployee Stock Purchase Program\nPaid Parental Leave\nTuition Reimbursement\nWhat You'll Be Doing\nOperate assembly equipment in Molding department.\nSet-up machine parameters per operating procedures.\nPerform line clearance, quality checks and required mechanical adjustments to machine.\nResponsible for raw materials, printing and packaging materials are ready for production.\nChallenge vision system, USON Tester, Welders, and Silicon system per operating procedures.\nUse blueprints, specifications, Bill of Materials, and Standard Operating Procedures to ensure product or process acceptability.\nReport abnormalities and corrective action to supervision.\nStack-off master cartons and move finished goods with forklift.\nTroubleshoot equipment and make required adjustments/minor equipment repairs as needed.\nFollow Good Documentation Practices.\nPerform light maintenance duties related to Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).\nPerform routine equipment Preventative Maintenance (PMs).\nParticipate in and complete all required training. Participate in the training of new personnel.\nParticipate in continuous improvement efforts and Lean exercises.\nMaintain good housekeeping in the working area and lead 6S responsibilities as assigned.\nPerform all other duties and responsibilities as determined by supervision/management.\nWhat You'll Bring\nHigh school diploma required. Additional technical experience, training, or education a plus.\nBasic knowledge of quality and safety procedures and regulations a plus.\nMechanical proficiency required.\nFamiliarity with Allen Bradley controls a plus.\nCapability to comprehend and interpret computer control documents and specifications. Computer proficient and ability to use software applications.\nAbility to read and understand specifications and procedures.\nAble to complete documentation legibly.\nTrained as forklift driver preferred.\nGood interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively and efficiently in a team environment.\nLow absenteeism.\nMust be able to work overtime as required.\nMeet visual acuity requirements as documented in the Baxter Cleveland Visual Acuity procedure CL-01-01-037.\nAudiometric testing and hearing protection required.\nAbility to bend, stoop and climb ladders. Stand for long periods of time. Ability to maneuver up to 100 pounds.
