This role provides technical support to troubleshoot key quality or manufacturing issues.Required Experience, any deal breakers: Experience is packaging prime cost savings is a plus. Must have fast paced CPG packaging development experience. Must be able to navigate complex specification systems. Must be confident in x functional team settings. Must be skilled in flexible film, paperboard, corrugated materials and have capable understanding of both flexible FFS and horizontal flow wrap equipment Education, Licenses, Cert Requirements: B.S. Packaging Science (RIT, MSU, Clemson, Rutgers)  Preferred Experience 2-5 years CPG packaging development experience  Preferred Skills HFFS, VFFS, Flexible films, line trials    Required Skills (include soft skills):Packaging material developmentDie line creation.Autonomous ability to plan and run line trialsDrive for ResultsEffective CommunicationStakeholder managementProblem solvingDealing with ambiguity Industry Experience: CPG(Consumer packaged goods)Key Responsibilities:Leads development of ‘fit for purpose ‘packaging platforms that are designed to maximize desirability/feasibility/viability.Strategic Cell Leadership Team member. Influencer for cell core growth and innovation projects.
