This position requires strong technical leadership skills, experience with various modern software languages, machine learning architecture, and enterprise application integration. The candidate works closely with both the project and technical teams to swiftly prototype and develop solutions in an agile environment and deploy capabilities to the cloud computing environment and operational end user. The candidate cultivates an environment that promotes customer service, excellence in communication, innovation, collaboration, and teamwork. The Software Engineer performs in a multidisciplinary team environment to ensure deadlines are met.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\nDevelops software solutions by studying information needs, conferring with end-users, and studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes.\nDetermines operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions\nEstablish and meet projected timelines and work independently or as a member of a team\nProvides information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing development and service issues\nImproves operations by conducting systems analysis and recommending changes in policies and procedures\n\nWe are a rapidly growing company that considers our employees and teams to be our most important assets.
