executing change orders, material usage, and use of pre-determined vendors.\nAssist in daily procurement of equipment repair/maintenance.\nBusiness Development:\nAbility to effectively present facts and respond to questions a client may have in a professional manner.\nEnsure customer satisfaction with existing project and identifies new business opportunities.\nSafety:\nMaintains an effective loss control and safety program.\nEnsures all established safety rules, procedures, policies, OSHA and MSHA regulations are followed.\nManages the operation to achieve zero accident rates for the jobsite.\nQualifications:\nHigh School Diploma or Equivalent\nMinimum of 1 year in construction environment and 1 year of supervisory experience.\nMust have and maintain a valid state issued Driver’s License with driving record that meets Saiia’s risk management guidelines.\nAbility to add subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure;
