This role ensures there is a clean, organized, and safe environment. The Material Handler works closely with the Team Lead and is expected to proactively identify issues, resolve inefficiencies, and recommend performance improvements.\r\nResponsibilitiesAbility to work with the line supervisor and other management to identify and pull the correct raw product.\r\nEnsure timely delivery of raw materials to production lines.\r\nManage collection and proper disposal of waste from lines.\r\nSupport production and packing associate with materials and supplies.\r\nMaintain clean, safe, and organized warehouses and staging areas.\r\nMonitor inventory of packing materials and communicate shortages.\r\nEnforce safety and cleanliness standards within the warehouse.\r\nCollaborate with Team Lead on process improvements and labor allocation.\r\nQualificationsEducation: Prefer High School or GED but not required.\r\nExperience: 1-2 years in warehouse or inventory control, including leadership or lead-hand experience (required). Experience in food or perishable good handling, inventory systems, or warehouse equipment (preferred).\r\nSkillsStrong leadership and team coordination skills\r\nGood communication and time management\r\nUnderstanding of warehouse operations and production support\r\nInventory tracking and material handling skills\r\nAbility to troubleshoot material flow and supply issues\r\nWork Environment\r\nReasonable accommodations will be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this job.
