If you are seeking a purpose-driven and passionate team, come create with us, and help drive our high-performance culture of excellence into tomorrow.\n\nJOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\n\nAI Integration: Design and implement systems to interface with large language models for coding applications.\nPrompt Engineering: Develop, refine, and optimize prompts for effective model interactions.\nModel Fine-Tuning: Assist in adapting and evaluating foundation models and AI services for software engineering and business applications.\nPrototyping: Rapidly create and test AI-powered capabilities using Python and modern AI frameworks.\nEvaluation: Establish rigorous, repeatable frameworks to validate and ensure the robustness of AI features.\nCross-Functional Collaboration: Work with core engineering to translate prototypes into polished production features.\nStrategic Leadership: Research and evaluate emerging AI technologies and contribute recommendations to the team.\nUtilize AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity and code quality.\nDevelop and maintain APIs, web services, and user-facing applications.\nParticipate in testing, observability, and performance analysis of AI-enabled features.\nSupport responsible AI practices, including evaluation, safety, security, and monitoring.\nContribute to cloud-based application development and deployment processes.\nTeam Engagement: Actively participate in pair programming, code reviews, and team brainstorming sessions.\nMay perform a variety of tasks at the direction of the management team.\n\nQUALIFICATIONS (Education, Experience, and Certifications)\n\nStudent must be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university.\nStudent studying Math, Computer Science, Computer Engineering , Software Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field. or a related major preferred.\nStudent should be pursuing a degree in a related major in the department of interest and possess some former work or internship experience.\nStudent must have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.\nStudent is to successfully complete all required screenings prior to hire.\n\nKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES\n\nRequired Skills:\n\nPython programming\nWeb development frameworks (e.g. React, Angular, or Flask/Django)\nSQL databases (e.g. PostgreSQL).\nExperience/Interest in Large Language Models / Deep Learning.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nDetail oriented and organized.\nSuperior interpersonal and written communication skills.\nHighly motivated with the ability to multi-task.\nExcellent communication skills with a collaborative mindset.\nPossesses proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.\n\nPreferred Skills:\n\nExperience using AI development frameworks such as LangChain, Semantic Kernel, LlamaIndex, or similar technologies.\nExperience working with AI platforms and APIs from major cloud providers or foundation model vendors.\nExposure to Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector databases, embeddings, and agentic workflows.\nExperience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.\nFamiliarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.\nExperience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, or infrastructure automation.\nUnderstanding of responsible AI principles, AI evaluation methodologies, and software security best practices.\nDemonstrated experience building software through coursework, research projects, hackathons, open-source contributions, or internships.\nPassion for improving developer productivity and creating innovative AI-powered experiences.\n\nWORKING CONDITIONS, MENTAL AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS\n\nTypically works in an office environment with adequate lighting and ventilation, and a normal range of temperature and noise level.\nWork assignments are diversified.
