To learn more about our award-winning culture, visit the Eliassen Experience.Essential Duties/ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute sales plans that drive new business and expand existing accountsActively represent and promote Eliassen Group’s capabilities in IT talent and consulting solutionsLead by example in client development, recruiting strategy, and operational excellenceProvide direction and coaching to Account Executives, ensuring high performance and accountabilityConduct weekly one-on-ones and quarterly professional development meetingsMake recommendations for team structure, hiring, and account alignmentFoster an inclusive, motivating, and results-oriented team cultureResolve personnel matters in partnership with HR; execute terminations when requiredOversee full sales lifecycle activities: qualification, candidate presentation, interviews, offersGuide recruiters on technical job requirements and fulfillment standardsEnsure consistent client delivery and recruitment outcomes across verticalsReview and contribute to RFPs/RFIs, pricing, and sales messagingMonitor and improve key sales KPIs: spread, billing consultants, activity, starts, and termsEnsure market revenue goals are met or exceededAnalyze trends and provide recommendations to leadershipRequired Skills & AbilitiesDeep understanding of technology staffing and solutions landscapeExpertise and proven ability in client acquisition and long-term contract negotiationStrong decision-making, resilience, and integrity in all business interactionsAbility to manage, motivate, and engage teams containing a wide range of experienceProficiency in Microsoft Office and Bullhorn for SalesforceEducation & ExperienceBachelor’s degree required5+ years in technology sales or hybrid sales/recruiting role2+ years mentoring and/or managing account managers/client partnersProven success managing large enterprise accounts and complex sales cyclesBase Range: $120,000 - $155,000The base salary rate will be commensurate with experience level and past success. This position includes additional variable compensation in the form of an annual bonus opportunity.W2 employees of Eliassen Group who are regularly scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week are eligible for the following benefits: medical (choice of 3 plans, some with an Employer HSA contribution), dental, vision, pre-tax accounts, other voluntary benefits, basic life and disability insurance, 401(k) with match, and PTO consisting of 10 holidays, 5 sick days (or more if required by law in the state/locality where you work), 15+ days of vacation (based on tenure), bereavement leave, and 6-8 weeks paid maternity/disability leave and 2-4 weeks paid parental leave (based on tenure).
