The USCG Civilian Human Resources Office is expanding contractor support for position classification and staffing as automation efforts drive increased workload across the organization's civilian personnel programs. In this role, you will serve as the single point of contact for the Contracting Officer and Contracting Officer's Representative, manage the task order to ensure technical solutions and schedules are implemented on time using benchmarking and program metrics, coordinate task schedules to keep deliverables aligned with the customer's objectives, and ensure compliance with the statement of work and financial obligations through ongoing reporting and analysis. This is a full-time opportunity. We can offer a competitive salary, and a comprehensive benefits package.Responsibilities include:Serving as Project Manager for the task order and acting as the single point of contact for the Contracting Officer and Contracting Officer's RepresentativeAssisting company management in working with the customer's representative, management personnel, and customer agency representativesProviding operating advice and assistance on administrative and management issues to the customerManaging the task order and ensuring technical solutions and schedules are implemented in a timely manner using benchmarking and program metricsCoordinating task schedules to ensure solutions developed or implemented are consistent with the customer's objectives and the statement of workEnsuring compliance with the terms and conditions outlined in the statement of workAdhering to financial obligations agreed to at contract award through financial reporting and analysisBeing available to the Contracting Officer's Representative via telephone between 0800 and 1630 EST, Monday through FridayResponding to a request for discussion or resolution of technical problems within 3 hours of notificationProviding a monthly progress report to the Contracting Officer's Representative no later than five business days after the previous month's end, including a breakdown of labor hours by labor category, direct costs by line item, an assessment of technical progress, schedule status, and any contractor concerns or recommendationsMeeting with the Contracting Officer's Representative upon request to present deliverables, discuss progress, exchange information, and resolve emergent technical problems and issuesBackground/required experience includes:Bachelor's degree in a related field and two years of progressive project leadership and management experience in the field of human resources, ORAssociate's degree and five years of progressive project leadership and management experience in the field of human resourcesPMP or similar certification – preferredLocation:USCG HQ, St. Elizabeths Campus, Washington, DCClearance:Eligible to obtain a Common Access Card via the MP ICAM process and NBIS background investigationMust be a US CitizenClient:U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) Civilian Human Resources (HR) OfficeHours:40 hours per week8 hours per dayEmployment Classification:Employment Classification Eligibility – W2Relocation:Not eligible for relocation benefitsCompensation:Salary range: $100,000 – $120,000Benefits: Benefits package includes options for health, dental, and vision insurance coverage; 401k contribution options.
