Electrical Engineer (TSMC Project)

Job OverviewMarketech International Corporation USA is seeking a detail-oriented Electrical Engineer to support electrical design review, BIM coordination, construction coordination, and project execution for water, UPW, semiconductor, high-tech, and industrial construction projects. This role is responsible for reviewing electrical designs, coordinating 3D models, supporting clash detection, and working closely with engineers, BIM designers, subcontractors, QA/QC teams, and field teams to support project execution.The ideal candidate will have an electrical design background, experience using Revit and CAD, strong project coordination skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment. This role plays a key part in improving design accuracy, supporting code compliance, resolving coordination issues, and helping ensure electrical scopes are aligned across multiple working areas.Key ResponsibilitiesElectrical Design and BIM CoordinationDevelop, review, and support electrical designs using Revit 3D and CAD softwareReview 3D models and electrical drawings to ensure design accuracy and alignment with project requirementsCoordinate with BIM designers and project teams to confirm model updates, drawing revisions, and design changesReview P&IDs and PFDs as needed to cross-check 3D models and system requirementsSupport the preparation and review of electrical layouts, construction drawings, and related design documentationProject Coordination and Construction SupportCoordinate with engineers, project managers, subcontractors, electrical contractors, and field teams to support project executionCommunicate with contractors regarding electrical scope clarification, design requirements, construction sequencing, and schedule controlParticipate in team meetings, construction meetings, and sequencing meetings for electrical scope coordinationCoordinate with mechanical teams and other disciplines regarding interface requirements and work sequenceSupport construction-phase coordination to ensure electrical work is aligned with project standards, schedules, and technical requirementsClash Detection and Quality ControlCoordinate clash detection activities and identify conflicts, discrepancies, or design concerns within the modelReport model conflicts, electrical scope issues, and coordination concerns to the appropriate project teamsAssist in resolving clashes and design coordination issues with internal teams, BIM teams, and subcontractorsSupport QA/QC coordination related to electrical design, construction documentation, and field executionHelp ensure electrical models, drawings, and related documentation are accurate, organized, and aligned with project standardsElectrical Scope OversightOversee electrical scopes across multiple working areas and support review of electrical engineering work qualityServe as a main coordination contact for QA/QC, BIM teams, electrical contractors, subcontractors, and other project stakeholdersMonitor progress related to electrical design, model coordination, drawing review, and project executionSupport issue resolution by identifying risks, coordinating with stakeholders, and helping drive practical solutionsQualifications (Required)Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related fieldElectrical design backgroundExperience using Revit 3D and CAD for design review, modeling coordination, or drawing reviewPrevious experience supporting electrical design, BIM coordination, construction coordination, or industrial facility projectsProject coordination and project management skillsAbility to review drawings, models, construction documentation, P&IDs, and PFDsStrong communication skills and ability to coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and internal project teamsStrong attention to detail and ability to identify design, model, or coordination issuesEnglish communication requiredPreferredExperience supporting semiconductor, high-tech, industrial, water treatment, DI water, UPW, cleanroom, or MEP-related projectsExperience working on or supporting active construction sitesKnowledge of NEC, UL, NEMA, and Code of Practice requirementsExperience coordinating with QA/QC teams, BIM teams, and field construction teamsBilingual ability in Mandarin and EnglishSkillsRevit 3D modeling and design reviewCAD drawing review and coordinationElectrical design coordinationClash detection and model coordinationP&ID and PFD reviewConstruction drawing and documentation reviewMicrosoft Office, including Excel and PowerPointProject coordination and schedule awarenessStrong communication and subcontractor coordination skillsProblem-solving ability and attention to detailEqual Employment Opportunity StatementAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, religious creed, sex, national origin, ancestry, age, physical or mental disability, medical condition, genetic information, military and veteran status, marital status, pregnancy, gender, gender expression, gender identity, sexual orientation, or any other characteristic protected by local law, regulation, or ordinance.
