In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining integrations between Workday and other systems. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand integration requirements and ensure seamless data flow across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Workday integration technologies and a passion for optimizing business processes through technology.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, test, and deploy integrations between Workday and third-party applications using Workday Studio, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), and other integration tools.Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze integration requirements.Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.Monitor and maintain existing integrations, ensuring they are functioning properly and efficiently.Document integration processes, technical specifications, and workflows.Stay up-to-date with Workday updates and enhancements related to integration capabilities.Provide support and training to end-users as needed.Participate in project planning and contribute to system enhancements.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.3+ years of experience in Workday integration development.Proficiency in Workday Studio, EIB, Workday Web Services (WWS), and calculated fields.Experience with API integration and data mapping.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Preferred Qualifications:Workday Integration Certification.Familiarity with programming languages such as XSLT, XML, and JavaScript.Knowledge of HR and finance business processes.We are an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
