Bilingual / ELL Teacher

DutiesMorris Community High School District 101 is seeking to add a full-time or part-time Bilingual / ELL Teacher. This will be a new position in addition to our current staffing.QualificationsIllinois Professional Educator License with Bilingual Endorsement (preferred) and/or Educator License with Stipulations (Bilingual) or ELL Endorsement. Fluency in English and Spanish, an understanding of cultural and linguistic diversity, and familiarity with Bilingual and ELL curricula. Ability to comprehend high school level material across multiple subject areas.Salary/BenefitsThe collective bargaining agreement for teachers is posted here. The Board pays the TRS contribution and $14,100 toward health insurance, with at least single coverage required.Additional NotesThis position remains open until filled.
