Senior Project Engineer – Aerospace ComponentsFullerton, CA (On-site)My client is seeking a Senior Project Engineer to lead the development and execution of aerospace component programs. This role works cross-functionally with customers and internal teams to deliver high-quality, compliant products from concept through production.Key Responsibilities:• Evaluate new product opportunities and support program planning• Collaborate with customers to meet design, performance, and documentation requirements• Lead concurrent engineering efforts and conceptual design development• Oversee detailed design, testing, and product qualification activities• Manage program schedules, technical proposals, and deliverables• Perform sustaining engineering and support continuous improvement initiatives• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team developmentQualifications:• Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering (or higher)• 5+ years in mechanical/electro-mechanical design• Strong project management and multi-project experience• Proficiency in SolidWorks• Knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes, and stress analysis• Aerospace experience preferred - open to other technical fieldsTOP THREE THINGS WE ARE LOOKING FOR:Familiarity with Aerospace Product Development ProcessExceptional communication and teamwork skillsDesign capabilities and experience
