Seeking HVAC Technician to join out team!

## Job Overview We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems as well as plumbing, carpentry and General Maintenance at our apartment complexes. ## Duties - Perform equipment repairs and replacements - Interpret and follow blueprints and schematics - Service and repair refrigeration systems - Build, install, and maintain HVAC systems - Conduct air conditioning system installations and maintenance - Provide property maintenance services related to HVAC systems - Work on HVAC/R systems including troubleshooting and repairs - Use tools such as ohmmeters to test electrical circuits - Apply mechanical skills to diagnose issues with HVAC equipment - Perform appliance repair tasks as needed ## Requirements - Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role - Proficiency in handling HVAC tools and equipment - Knowledge of HVAC/R systems and components - Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics - Strong mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting and repairs - Certification in HVAC repair or related field is a plus If you are a dedicated professional with expertise in HVAC systems, we invite you to apply for this rewarding opportunity.
