We are looking for a highly skilled ENT Physician to provide specialized care at a prestigious Level 1 Trauma Center. This role offers an engaging and impactful experience, combining clinical excellence with professional growth in a supportive team setting.Key Responsibilities:Provide comprehensive ENT evaluation and treatment for patients of all ages within a busy hospital setting.Participate in 24/7 on-call coverage, ensuring urgent and emergent cases are managed effectively.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated patient care.Utilize the EPIC electronic medical record system for documentation and communication.Support trauma-related ENT cases, contributing to a high-volume, fast-paced clinical environment.Required Skills:Board Certification in Otolaryngology (ENT) or eligible/truly BE.Active medical license in Pennsylvania (or eligible for licensure).DEA certification and required state credentials.Minimum of 1 year of post-residency experience in ENT.Strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills.Ability to manage a broad spectrum of ENT conditions with compassion and professionalism.Nice to Have Skills:Experience with trauma cases or Level 1 Trauma Center exposure.Proficiency with EPIC EMR system.Additional specialties or certifications related to head and neck surgery.Preferred Education and Experience:Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree.Prior experience working in hospital-based ENT practice, especially in high-acuity settings.Other Requirements:Willingness to work 24-hour shifts on a rotating call basis.Reliable transportation and ability to uphold hospital policies.Ability to start on or after September 1, 2026, with credentialing completed promptly.This position offers an attractive hourly pay rate of $3,030.11, along with comprehensive medical benefits (W-2), weekly pay via direct deposit, robust referral bonuses, and reimbursable expenses including licensure, certifications, travel, and more.
