Training assignments will include providing instruction and developing training curriculum for both hardware and software products and solutions.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\nTechnical Training Course Development Key Actions/Activities – 70%\n\nPerform audience needs analysis to design and develop effective and appropriate course curriculum that meets user and field service requirements within the given product release schedule\n\nResearch product information from subject matter experts (engineering, service, manufacturing, etc.) and hands-on learning to develop training materials for operators, administrator, and maintenance courses\n\nTechnical Training Course Delivery Key Actions/Activities – 30%\n\nConduct training classes utilizing approved training curriculum and department policies and procedures\n\nInstruct participants using an appropriate mix of media and methods including, but not limited to, classroom presentations, skill practice activities, web-conferencing, and multimedia self-study\n\nConduct follow up evaluations to determine effectiveness of course materials and delivery\n\nBasic Qualifications\n\nAssociates degree in technical discipline or minimum of 3 years of relevant experience\n\n1 or more years of experience developing and delivering technical training courses\n\nProficiency with application tools such as PowerPoint, Word, Articulate, SolidWorks, Creative Cloud, etc.\n\n1 or more years of experience interfacing with internal and external customers and managing projects\n\nStrong understanding of software principles and techniques\n\nMust possess excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills\n\nAbility to travel, with some international travel required\n\nMust have unrestricted work authorization for US\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\n\nBachelor’s degree in education, computer science, or related field\n\nExperience/knowledge of card personalization industry\n\nExperience supporting Entrust products and solutions\n\nMultimedia training development experience\n\nMulti-lingual capability\n\nAbout Entrust\n\nOur growing company relies on curious, dedicated and innovative colleagues to anticipate the future and provide solutions for a more connected, mobile and secure world. Actual compensation will be determined based on geographic location, education, skills and experience. This position is also eligible for the company’s discretionary annual incentive plan.
