In addition, AT-PAC has a dedicated quality control and technical management office located in Wuxi, China.\n\nJob Description\n\nThe Integration & ERP Applications Developer is responsible for designing, building, and supporting enterprise integrations and internal business applications across AT-PAC’s ERP, CRM, and operational systems landscape.\nThis role plays a critical part in enabling secure, scalable data exchange, system automation, and operational visibility across global business operations.\nKey Responsibilities\nIntegration & System Development\nDesign and develop API-based integrations across ERP, CRM, and RMS platforms\nBuild and maintain internal business applications supporting operational workflows\nDevelop backend services for data orchestration, transformation, and processing\nImplement secure and scalable system-to-system data exchange solutions\nTechnical Execution & Delivery\nManage API authentication, error handling, and secure data transmission\nPerform unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT)\nSupport deployment activities and provide post-go-live stabilization (hypercare)\nTroubleshoot integration issues and optimize system performance\nDocumentation & Governance\nDocument integration architecture, data mapping, and technical processes\nEnsure solutions align with enterprise standards for security, auditability, and scalability\nCollaboration & Stakeholder Engagement\nPartner with IT, Operations, and external vendors to align integration solutions with business requirements\nSupport cross-functional initiatives tied to ERP, CRM, and enterprise system strategy\nTechnical Environment\nERP: Epicor Kinetic (oneERP)\nRMS: Avontus Quantify (Rental management system)\nIntegration Technologies: REST APIs, .NET APIs, Jitterbit (iPaaS), automation studio (Workato)\nProgramming Languages: C#, VB.NET, Python, Java\nDatabases: SQL and relational databases\n\nQualifications\n\nRequired\nProven experience in system integrations and API development\nStrong knowledge of ERP and/or CRM enterprise environments\nProficiency in REST APIs and .NET-based integrations\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills\nAbility to document technical solutions clearly for both technical and business audiences\nPreferred\nExperience with Avontus Quantify or similar rental/inventory systems\nExperience with Epicor ERP integrations\nFamiliarity with integration platforms (iPaaS) or middleware solutions\nExposure to global, multi-region enterprise environments\nKey Success Factors\nAbility to deliver robust, scalable integration solutions\nStrong attention to data accuracy, system reliability, and performance\nEffective collaboration across business and IT stakeholders\nCommitment to continuous improvement and automation\nValue to the Business\nEnables automation and scalability across enterprise systems\nImproves data accuracy and real-time operational visibility\nSupports execution of oneERP and global integration strategy\nReduces manual processes and operational inefficiencies\n\nAdditional Information\n\nSafety and Security: Observes safety and security procedures, uses equipment and materials properly.
