Our Mattaponi, VA production facility is presently seeking to expand the team with a Front End Loader Operator. This position is key to helping Premier Tech meet the ever-increasing demands for our horticulture products.\nBeing a Front End Loader Operator with PTGC means:\nWorking at a production facility operating front-end loaders, grinders and screening equipment and occasionally assisting in other processing areas;\nRespecting safe material loading, handling and unloading methods;\nPerforming pre/post inspections, routine maintenance and upkeep of the mobile, grinding and screening equipment as per established guidelines;\nWorking safely and keeping the safely of others at the forefront,\nYour shift is Monday – Friday, 7:00am to 3:30pm with occasional overtime.\nIs this role for you?\nYou’re seeking a role which involves operating heavy equipment. Previous loader operator experience is required;\nYou are a high school graduate or possess a GED;\nYou have the physical ability to safely climb in and out of equipment, to lift 65 pounds, sit for long periods of time and work in varying weather conditions and in a dusty and dirty environment;\nYou have the ability to think independently while successfully functioning in a team environment and contributing to team goals;\nYou have a basic mechanical aptitude with the ability to perform routine maintenance to include lubricating, fueling and cleaning.\nWhat's in it for you?\nExtremely competitive benefits including Health, Dental and Vision.
