Job descriptionMomentum Solar is a premier residential solar provider with offices in multiple states nationwide Founded in 2009 Momentum has grown exponentially over the past decade with 2000 employees and counting Our main goals are to consistently have satisfied customers and successful employees We pride ourselves in managing the entire solar process for customers from sale to completed install to ensure a seamless transition to renewable energy We have an A rating with the Better Business Bureau have been featured in the Inc Magazine as one of the Best Places to Work and we continue to strive for excellence Overview We are seeking an Operations & Maintenance Technician to grow our Service Department The O&M tech must be tech savvy and have knowledge of basic wiring and schematics required to run diagnostics and maintenance of the Solar Systems We are looking for a dependable candidate who will be able to maintain a high level of business ethics professionalism and excelled communication between their Momentum team customers and upper management Benefits Full Benefits Medical Dental Vision and a 401kOpportunity for overtimeStarting pay at 2500hrResponsibilities Installs and monitors performance of installed electrical equipment for hazards adjustments or replacementAssists in work needed on roofsRepairs installs replaces and tests electrical circuits equipment and appliances using appropriate tools and testing instrumentsRepairs and maintains solar photovoltaic systemsEnsures proper care in the use and maintenance of equipment and supplies; promotes continuous improvement of workplace safety and environmental practicesPerforms miscellaneous job related duties assignedRequirements Able to use iOS and Android operating systems to submit documents and trouble shoot solar systemsSolar Enphase experience PreferredSome Electric Experience Required 2 3 years of Solar experienceAble to lift up to 50lbsAble to work on roofs and in atticsValid Drivers License and Clean driving record RequiredAble to work alone or with a small team to complete tasksWilling to work weekendsHave basic hand and power toolsKnowledge on enphase toolkitMomentum Solar is an Equal Opportunity Employer
