Especially if you thrive in:\n\n· Fast-paced, innovative technology base environment\n\n· Opportunities to grow and make an impact\n\n· Be part of the CLI team that values team members\n\nApply today and fuel the momentum!\n\nPOSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:\n\nWork with the Supervisor to identify processes that require improvement in material flow, line support, 5S.\nShift review with leadership team to include visual management and inventory logistics deviations.\nCoordinate training, work schedules and assignments and conduct shift transition meetings.\nInvestigate and determine cause of defective work and consult/advise as to corrective measure.\nDevelop/Implement process initiatives.\nMaintain proper documentation and records.\nPromote and maintain a safe work environment.\nCommunicate effectively with internal and external customers.\nResponsible for continuous improvement.\n\nPOSITION REQUIREMENTS:\n\n2+ years’ experience working in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
