Duties, responsibilities and activities may change or new ones may be assigned at any time with or without notice.\r\nRequired Skills and Experience\r\nDesign, develop, and maintain scalable and secure RESTful APIs using Java and Spring Boot.\r\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable, secure, reliable APIs.\r\nDevelop automated CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or GitLab CI for efficient code deployment.\r\nWrite clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.\r\nWriting good unit test cases and assuring a high level of code coverage\r\nCreate and maintain clear, user-friendly Microservices and API documentation.\r\nParticipate in regular code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.\r\nAnalyze and improve system performance, addressing bottlenecks and ensuring high availability.\r\nWork closely with scrum teams, and product managers to deliver end-to-end solutions.\r\nUse Git and related workflows for version control and collaboration.\r\nStay updated with the latest java development trends to recommend best-fit solutions.\r\nPrior experience with Java development in a containerized, AWS environment is a plus\r\nPrior experience with DataBricks is a plus\r\nMust have excellent written and verbal communication skills.\r\nEducation Requirement : A bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, engineering or related field preferred\r\nSecurity Requirement: An ACTIVE IRS/TREASURY Clearance is required by the government contract.
