This role analyzes collection and open-source information to identify targets, characterize digital networks, develop intelligence leads, and enable future collection opportunities. The Target Digital Network Analyst applies analytical expertise, technical knowledge, and mission awareness to produce actionable intelligence that supports operational planning and national security objectives.\nResponsibilities:\nConduct analysis of classified collection, open-source information, and technical data to identify intelligence leads and support target development activities.\nDevelop and maintain comprehensive target profiles by analyzing communications, network activity, digital footprints, and behavioral patterns.\nEnsure target continuity by maintaining awareness of evolving target activities, infrastructure, and communications technologies.\nDevelop baseline assessments of designated target sets to support intelligence collection, operational planning, and mission execution.\nIdentify intelligence gaps and recommend new or enhanced collection strategies to improve target visibility and close collection deficiencies.\nApply multiple analytical disciplines, including pattern analysis, network analysis, and behavioral analysis, to characterize target communications and activities.\nMaintain targeting, tasking, and analytical databases to ensure accurate and timely intelligence reporting.\nResearch and evaluate intelligence from multiple sources to produce actionable assessments and mission recommendations.\nApply knowledge of Intelligence Community priorities, mission requirements, and target behaviors to support operational decision-making.\nDevelop technical reports, target assessments, and intelligence briefings for operational and leadership audiences.\nMentor junior analysts on TDNA methodologies, analytical tradecraft, tools, and best practices.\nCollaborate with analysts, operators, and Intelligence Community partners to support mission objectives and intelligence integration.\nQualifications:\nRequired Qualifications:\nActive TS/SCI With Polygraph through this Customer\nBachelor's degree and 5+ years of relevant experience, Associates and 7+ years of relevant experience\nExperience conducting Target Digital Network Analysis (TDNA) or target development activities.\nExperience analyzing communications, digital networks, metadata, and open-source information to support intelligence operations.\nExperience developing target profiles, target continuity assessments, and intelligence products.\nExperience maintaining targeting, tasking, or analytical databases.\nStrong understanding of digital communications, network technologies, and intelligence collection methodologies.\nDemonstrated ability to identify intelligence gaps and develop recommendations to improve collection strategies.\nStrong analytical, critical thinking, communication, and technical writing skills.\nDesired Qualifications:\nExperience supporting Intelligence Community SIGINT missions.\nExperience using Intelligence Community targeting and analytical tools.\nKnowledge of communications technologies, digital network infrastructures, and emerging cyber trends.\nExperience collaborating with multi-agency intelligence teams.\nExperience mentoring analysts and leading analytical efforts.\nFamiliarity with DNI-enabled TDNA processes and mission workflows.\nSalary Range: USD $140,000.00 - USD $155,000.00 /Yr.\n\nThe Markon pay range for this position is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
