Position requires the ability to run multiple projects depending on workload and degree of difficulty. The successful candidate will coordinate with Senior project manager or Principle to assure requirements of project including but not limited to the following:\nBIDDING\nPre-qualify Bidders and Vendors\nOrganize bid packages\nPrepare scopes\nReview bidders\nPrepare estimates\nReview bids\nPROJECT MANAGEMENT\nMaintain project schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities, and resolving problems.\nDetermine potential issues on site and issue RFI`s for clarifications\nProcure submittals\nTrack submittal`s and RFI`s log, ensure that most accurate information is available on site\nPrepare Pay Applications and associated documents\nCoordinate subcontractors\nCoordinate laborers\nMaintain safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations. Prepare site logistics plans, ensures that all safety protocols are in place.
