You'll be out in the field, working independently or with a team to keep properties in top shape:Performing minor maintenance and repairs (electrical, plumbing, asphalt patching, etc.)Installing and servicing property signsConducting routine property inspectionsPressure washingWelding (if qualified)Safely operating a company vehicle and equipmentUsing mobile apps and completing daily reportsManaging company tools and credit card with careRequirementsRequirements:2 years of experience preferred, but not requiredActive driver license and clean driving recordAvailability to work early/late and/or on weekends as necessaryAbility to work on ladders/roofs and near retention pondsAbility to lift 100 lbs or moreWillingness to work outside in all kinds of weather and come in contact with trashTypical hours are Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 6:30 pmThis position is perfect with a range of backgrounds such as; General laborer, Handyman, Maintenance tech, Electrical, Plumbing, Asphalt, Concrete, Welding, Construction ex. experience is a plus.Safety is our priority!
