{"schemaVersion":"jobsearcher.job.v1","id":"d57aec6bdfd5e7d4c1ce2f71","url":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/d57aec6bdfd5e7d4c1ce2f71","canonicalUrl":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/d57aec6bdfd5e7d4c1ce2f71","title":"Janitorial","description":"JanitorialJanitorial is responsible for the cleaning operations of the entire club and ensures that the Gym, Offices, Kids Club, and Juice Bar are clean and organized throughout the day.\r\nEssential Duties & Responsibilities:Housekeeping Duties\r\nClean windows, glass doors and mirrors in the gym.\r\nWipe down equipment, doors and floors regularly.\r\nEmpty all trash receptacles daily.\r\nSweep, vacuum and mop floors/stairwells/staircases.\r\nShampoo the carpet as needed.\r\nDust and clean exercise equipment.\r\nClean and disinfecting the toilets, shower stalls and changing areas.\r\nPick up debris and spillage promptly.\r\nRestock the locker room and toilets.\r\nClean and disinfect food preparation areas.\r\nMaintain all supplies and cleaning equipment in good condition in designated storage areas.\r\nClean all MMA areas including mats, octagon and bags.\r\nChange light bulbs.\r\nImmediately report any areas of concerns to management (such as leaks, malfunctioning fixtures and equipment, slow drainage, any mold or infestations).\r\nRespond to member requests and report any member complaints immediately to management.\r\nComplete checklists and logs in a timely manner.\r\nOther duties as assigned.\r\nRequired Qualifications:Knowledge, skills & abilities:\r\nMust be able to work quickly, thoroughly and independently\r\nMust know and understand the proper use of chemicals and cleaning materials\r\nPossess extreme attention to detail regarding the cleanliness and safety inside the gym\r\nDisplays and promotes a positive and cheerful attitude towards all members and staff\r\nAdheres to all safety rules\r\nProficient in English\r\nMinimum certifications/educational level:\r\nMust be at least 18 years old\r\nHigh school diploma or GED preferred\r\nMinimum experience:\r\nAble to effectively communicate verbally and in writing\r\nAble to understand and follow verbal and written instructions\r\nAt least 6 months experience in janitorial or housekeeping\r\nCompensation: $16.50 - $19.00 per hour\r\nTrain Different, Live Different, Work Different.
