Whether you’re in oil & gas, power generation, or industrial operations, we provide fuel-flexible, overbuilt systems that perform when it matters most. ‍\n\nPosition Overview\nThe Electrical Assembler is responsible for the electrical assembly, wiring, testing, and troubleshooting of large-scale power generation and oilfield equipment, including gensets, frac packages, control systems, and related machinery. Working from electrical drawings, schematics, build books, and work instructions, this role ensures all electrical systems are properly installed, tested, and commissioned prior to shipment.\n\nThis hands-on position plays a critical role in delivering high-quality, reliable power solutions that meet customer specifications and RPS quality standards. All work is performed in accordance with company procedures, safety requirements, and operational guidelines.\n\nThis is an on-site position based in Waller, Texas. The typical work schedule is Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM.\n\nResponsibilities\nAssemble, install, route, and terminate low- and high-voltage electrical wiring and components on power generation and hydraulic fracturing packages.\nRead and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, blueprints, and build books to complete assemblies accurately.\nInstall and connect electrical distribution equipment, control panels, junction boxes, sensors, switches, relays, transformers, and instrumentation.\nPerform cable pulling, wire routing, conduit installation, labeling, and electrical terminations.\nTroubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues during assembly, testing, and commissioning activities.\nPerform continuity testing, insulation resistance testing (megger), voltage verification, and high-potential (hi-pot) testing.\nAssist with startup, functional testing, and quality inspections of completed power generation and frac equipment packages.\nSupport integration of engines, generators, controls, and auxiliary electrical systems.\nEnsure all electrical work complies with applicable safety standards, quality requirements, and company procedures.\nOperate forklifts, overhead cranes, and other material-handling equipment as required.\nMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.\nWear and maintain proper PPE at all times and actively support a strong safety culture.\nCollaborate with manufacturing, engineering, quality, and service teams to support production goals and continuous improvement initiatives.\nProvide technical assistance and guidance to team members as needed.\nPerform other duties as assigned to support successful operations and business continuity.\n\nRequirements\nHigh school diploma or GED required.\nTechnical school certification, vocational training, or associate degree in Electrical Technology, Industrial Electricity, Mechatronics, Instrumentation, or a related field preferred.\nMinimum five (5) years of hands-on electrical assembly experience in power generation, oil & gas, industrial manufacturing, heavy equipment, controls, or related industries.\nExperience wiring gensets, switchgear, motor control systems, industrial control panels, or packaged power equipment preferred.\nWorking knowledge of AC/DC electrical systems, electrical distribution, and industrial controls.\nAbility to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.\nExperience using electrical test equipment such as multimeters, meggers, clamp meters, and hi-pot testers.\nMust own and bring basic hand tools.\nLegal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.\n\nKnowledge, Skills & Abilities\nStrong
