We refine the classics, develop the unknown and grow constantly – sometimes beyond our own expectations.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nPrepare and review Excel-based financial and operational reports each week, month, and quarter.\nPrepare and analyze monthly profit and loss statements.\nSupport month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes, including monthly inventory close.\nPrepare monthly and quarterly forecasts, budgets, and financial plans.\nReview financial performance, identify significant variances, and communicate their operational impact to management.\nAnalyze food, beverage, material, inventory, labor, and other operating costs.\nPartner closely with Production, Culinary, Procurement, and operation departments to assess costs and identify opportunities for improvement.\nEvaluate inventory levels, usage, and monthly closing balances.\nTrack waste management performance and recommend cost-reduction opportunities.\nAnalyze financial data and recommend actions to improve efficiency and maximize profitability.\nMonitor purchases, expenses, payroll, sales, and payments for accuracy and compliance.\nMaintain effective internal controls over revenues, assets, and liabilities.\nEnsure financial records and accounts follow consistent accounting procedures.\nPrepare, review, and present timely and accurate financial reports and budgets.\nEvaluate departmental performance and recommend operational adjustments to support organizational goals.\nBuild and maintain strong working relationships with internal departments, auditors, and affiliated companies. Partner with management to identify and address financial risks and operational concerns.\nContribute to corporate planning by developing and supporting departmental action plans.\nTake initiative in investigating financial discrepancies and identifying opportunities to reduce costs.\nEnsure compliance with company financial policies and procedures.\nSupport special projects and other responsibilities as assigned.\nQualifications\n\nBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.\nMinimum of 1–3 years of experience in accounting, finance, financial analysis, or related areas.\nExperience in hospitality, catering, food service, manufacturing, or another high-volume operational environment is preferred.\nAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including experience preparing and analyzing complex reports required.\nExperience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Navision or a comparable accounting system is required.\nStrong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis.\nAdvanced mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and collaborate across departments.\nHighly organized and detail-oriented, as well as consistent follow-through.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.\nProactive, resourceful, adaptable, and comfortable taking initiative.\nAbility to handle confidential and sensitive matters with professionalism, tact, and discretion.\nWhat We Offer:\n\nSalary range: $85,000 - $105,000 annually.\nDaily Complimentary Meals (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner).\nFT employees are eligible for 401K and medical benefits: medical, dental, and vision.\nAn organization dedicated to fostering innovation; in pursuit of cultivating creativity, embracing new ideas and leveraging our impeccable standard for hospitality.\nGenuine career development opportunities, both nationally and internationally.\nThe chance to collaborate and represent a leading force in the luxury global gourmet entertainment industry by attending world-class events.\nDiversity & Inclusion Statement\n\nDO & CO provides equal employment opportunities.
