This role ensures the efficient and safe operation of the equipment, adherence to quality standards, and timely completion of production schedules. This includes operating the machine to roll dough into sheets and to form crackers and prepare for baking and adjusting between rollers. They are also responsible for working closely with the mixer operator to help move the dough through the machine and hoppers.\nWork Environment: This job operates in a food production and warehouse setting. The floor surface is concrete. The noise level is moderate with no vibration.
