Develops innovative ways to use information and segmentation to optimize the customer experience while managing costs and driving revenue. Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nDevelops process improvement and optimization recommendations and provides them to leadership. Develops comprehensive cost benefit analyses to capture financial impacts of initiatives.\n\nIdentifies new ways to leverage data and information to drive insights and understand customer and employee experiences.\n\nUtilizes modeling and simulation tools to understand and predict customer behaviors. Develops strategies that optimize efficiency, revenue, and customer experience metrics. Presents findings and recommendations to leadership.\n\nMinimum Qualifications\n\nAt a minimum, here’s what we need from you:\nMaster's Degree in Business Administration and Management , Continuous Improvement\n\n2+ years of experience in Analytics\n\nPreferred Qualifications\n\nIf we had our say, we’d also look for:\n6+ years of experience in Process Improvement\n\nIn lieu of a degree, 4+ years of experience in Business Analytics, Operations Process Analysis\n\nAgile, Lean Six Sigma\n\nApplication Deadline: The application window for this position is anticipated to close on Sep-16-2024.
