Job Title: Contract UX Research Program ManagerLocation: RemoteContract Duration: 12 months with potential extensionRole OverviewWe are seeking a Contract UX Research Program Manager to support the planning, prioritization, and operational management of UX Research across a large portfolio of work. This role partners closely with research leadership to align work to enterprise priorities, improve visibility into research efforts, and establish clear ways to define, measure, and communicate research impact.Core DeliverablesPartner with UX Research leadership to manage research operationsEstablish and maintain operating rhythms, trackers, and reporting for research workSupport prioritization of research initiativesCreate and evolve frameworks connecting research intake, execution, outputs, outcomes, and business impactQualifications6+ years of experience in UX Operations, Research Operations, or a related field (Program Management or Research Coordination)Experience supporting Research and Design teams in a highly matrixed, product-driven environmentFamiliarity with research planning, study tracking, and research repositoriesITR Group offers a competitive compensation and benefits package, including medical, dental, and 401(k) for eligible employees.
