The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in cloud platforms, a strong background insoftware development, and the ability to drive the adoption of best practices within the team and across theorganization. This role involves tackling complex engineering challenges, ensuring operational excellence,and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, innovative solutions.Main Responsibilities:Cloud Architecture & Development: Provide technical guidance to the project team to designthe overall solution, Architect, design, develop, and implement scalable, highly availablecloud-native applications using the Azure cloud platform. Provide technical leadership andmentorship to junior developers and engineers, conducting code reviews and promotingengineering best practices. (30%)Automation & DevOps: Lead the design and implementation of CI/CD pipelines and leverageInfrastructure as a Code tools (Terraform) to automate deployment, monitoring, andmanagement tasks.Performance & Optimization: Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize cloud resources forperformance, cost efficiency, and reliability, including managing solutions for operationaladministration, system backup, and disaster recovery. (30%)Prepare detailed flow charts and diagrams outlining technical roadmaps, systems capabilitiesand business processes. Follow all published MBFS processes and procedures. (10%)Security & Compliance: Ensure the cloud solutions follow MBFS's robust security best practicesand compliance standards, implementing security controls, IAM policies, and encryptiontechniques. (10%)Collaboration: Work closely with product owners and operations teams to translate businessrequirements into effective cloud-based system designs and facilitate seamless integration ofcloud solutions into existing workflows. (20%)Required Skills:• 8+ years of experience delivering using Java Programming language, PostgreSQL, Rest API,Scalable microservices and Angular technologies• A minimum of 5+ years of experience in cloud engineering is required, with a focus on designingand managing cloud applications at scale preferably Single page applications (SPA) using microfrontend architecture• 3+ years experience with SQL, Hibernate, Web Services (REST and/or SOAP).• Experience with technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, microservices, and serverlessarchitectures is necessary.• Expertise in Infrastructure as a Code tools like Terraform, CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, andObservability tools such as Data Dog is necessaryFull Stack JAVA Developer position is based at our corporate office located in Fort Worth, TX.
