EPIC Facility Structure Analyst

EPIC Certification Required: Facility Structure/ Grand Central Hybrid: Candidates are required to be available to be on-site at Melville, NY, for go-live from 5/15-6/30. The EPIC Facility Structure Analyst is responsible for the design, build, testing, and maintenance of Epic's facility structure. This role involves ensuring a scalable and accurate configuration that supports long-term operational, clinical, and billing needs. Key responsibilities include: Project and Solution Implementation: Analyzing, verifying, tracking, and recommending for development of implementation plans for system development and implementation of products and solutions.Liaison Between Teams: Serving as a liaison between business and technology teams, participating in developing and delivering training programs.HIPAA Compliance: Assisting implementation teams in configuring HIPAA rules based on system policies and legal requirements.Solution Audits: Performing solution audits, resolving discrepancies, and collaborating with implementation teams to resolve user issues.Post Implementation Support: Conducting post implementation satisfaction surveys, advising management of results, and recommending actions.Customer Support: Consulting with departments to provide customer support during and post implementation.
