This individual will take full ownership of the property’s financial performance, team development, resident satisfaction, and physical appearance, while maintaining compliance and controlling expenses.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\nLead the daily operations of the property to meet or exceed income goals and remain within budgeted expenses\nManage, mentor, and support on-site staff; promote a culture of trust, growth, and accountability\nDeliver exceptional customer service to residents and prospects\nIdentify and implement strategies to improve property performance and operational efficiency\nEnsure adherence to all federal Fair Housing laws, as well as applicable local ordinances\nOversee apartment renovations and upgrades as needed\nHandle resident concerns and emergencies with professionalism and effective problem-solving\nMaintain accurate records and reporting in property management software (Resman experience is a plus)\nRequired Skills & Experience:\nMinimum 1 year of experience as a Property Manager or Assistant Property Manager at a multifamily community\nHigh school diploma or equivalent (Required)\nStrong multitasking and time-management skills with the ability to meet deadlines\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills\nExperience managing renovations or capital improvements is a plus\nBilingual in English and Spanish is required\n\nCompensation & Schedule:\nCompetitive Salary\nPossible monthly Leasing.
