Your focus will be enabling the ramp up in rate and volume of materials to the floor, with the goals of ensuring we meeting production service level expectations\nWhat you'll do:\nInterface between Suppliers, Supply Chain and Manufacturing to align schedules and resources for critical path items\nTranslate Engineering bills of materials into actionable planning signals for the Supply Chain and Production teams\nMonitor and report supply risk mitigation strategies to internal customers on a continuous basis\nIdentify and clearly communicate schedule blockers and their impacts\nManage full product lifecycle demand and supply planning signals, with an emphasis on the transition from development to production\nNegotiate internally & externally to ensure resources are appropriately allocated\nCreate tools and innovate planning processes to help the supply chain operate more efficiently\nWhat we’re looking for:\nBachelor’s degree in the field of Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or Finance\n3+ Yrs in Manufacturing, Planning, or Supply Chain\nExperience translating Engineering designs into demand and supply plans\nStrong understanding of ERP and MRP systems\nStrong computer skills with MS office or G-Suite applications\nGeneral understanding of quality system functionality\nHave strong relationship building skills, and the ability to interact and work effectively with many levels of personnel and suppliers\nBonus points for:\nMaster’s Degree\nStart-up or high growth environment\nExperience with resource allocation\nCreating and maintaining master schedules\nSales and Operations Planning (S&OP)\nMust-have requirements:\nAbility to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs\nWork in a facility that contains industrial hazards including heat, cold, noise, fumes, strong magnets, lead (Pb), high voltage, high current, pressure systems, and cryogenics\nPerform activities such as typing, standing, or sitting for extended periods of time\nWillingness to travel or work required nights/weekends/on-call occasionally\nSalary range for this full-time position + equity + benefits. The actual salary will depend on level, location, qualifications, and experience. The range displayed on each job posting reflects new hire salaries for the position across all US locations.
