Work volume may vary based on contract assignments.Qualifications:Minimum 2 years of experience in Code EnforcementRegistered Code Enforcement Officer (RCEO) with the State of Texas requiredResponsibilities:Conduct field inspections and investigate complaints to enforce municipal codes related to property maintenance, zoning, signage, environmental concerns, and abandoned/junk vehiclesIssue notices of violation, citations, and stop-work orders; clearly communicate corrective actions to property owners, contractors, and the publicDocument case evidence with photographs, inspection notes, and reports; maintain accurate case files in VertexPlansPrepare and present cases and providing testimony as requiredPrepare and submit weekly timesheet reports to the supervisor in accordance with company proceduresCompensation & Benefits:$30 $40 per hour & 401(k) with 100% company match up to 5%, available after 90 days.Part-Time Hours are not guaranteed and will vary based on client needsAoka is a third-party municipal services provider serving federal, state, and local governments with code compliance, inspections, and consulting.
