The Pipefitter Foreman will be closely working with the Superintendent to understand the goals and direction of the company and lead their team to generate profits.\nDevelop solutions to make sure issues never become problems.\nReviews projects with Superintendent and/or Project Manager after equipment and subs are Does physical survey of project with the Superintendent to ascertain conditions and reports back to PM in writing, if required.\nDoes physical survey of project with the Superintendent to ascertain conditions and reports back to PM in writing, if required.\nDoes takeoffs for projects in a timely and thorough manner with the Superintendent.\nPlan, coordinate and supervise on-site functions to include, but not limited to, scheduling, material control, and rentals.\nProvide daily job completion percentages.\nAssures all site personnel comply with project procedures, safety requirements, company policies and other requirements as they occur. Documents all incidents as they occur and notifies Project Manager and Superintendent. Recommends and implements corrective action.\nResponsible for assuring that all jobs have weekly reports filled and turned into the office weekly. This is to include safety / toolbox reports, preconstruction, weekly production report and any project specific reports.\nConducts inspections on jobs, assures jobs are detailed to Pueblo Mechanical standards, assures jobs are ready, and participates as needed, in start-ups and coordinates as needed with contractors, engineers, subcontractors and owners as necessary.\nCoordinates with shop for production scheduling and deliveries.\nAble to read blueprints and prepare materials lists.\nWork to increase Team efficiency and uphold high standards of safety at all times.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nMust be self-motivated and punctual.\nMust be able to multi-task and have excellent follow up skills both internally and externally.\nMust be professional in appearance and speech.\nMust possess a valid drivers license and have a clean driving record\nExperience with government facilities a plus.\nMust be able to work in a physically demanding environment, including ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Also requires frequent bending and lifting, standing and walking over uneven terrain or in confined spaces, and safely climb ladders.\n\nLEVELS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:\nForeman Pipefitter I - 4+ years' of experience with current journeyman license or ability to obtain. 2+ years' of experience as a lead technician, ability to transition into a leadership role with guidance. Pay $34-38/hr\nForeman Pipefitter II - 4+ years' experience with current journeyman or ability to obtain. 2+ years' experience running work and a crew. Ability to manage 1-10 fitters. Ability to complete an 8 week look ahead Pay $38-41/hr\nForeman Pipefitter III - 4+ years' experience with current journeyman or ability to obtain. 4+ years' experience running work and a crew. Ability to manage a crew of any size. Able to complete an 8 week look ahead.
