For more information, please visit our website.Role DescriptionThe Process Engineer/Programmer role is a full-time, on-site position located in Huntington, IN. This position will be responsible for all CNC related activities including completion and maintenance of programs, process development and tool identification.Responsibilities-Responsible for creating and maintaining CNC programs for DMG Mori NTX Mill Turn, using NX Software. These activities include the completion and maintenance of programs, process development and tool identification for all New Product Introductions and improvement of legacy products.-Determine machine cycle times and material sizes for quoting purposes.-Identify need for special tooling by working closely with various tool suppliers and partners.-Completes job specific quality system requirements.-Some experience in a Medical Device or Aerospace manufacturing environment preferred, but not required.-Strong skillset for use of NX CNC programming software, for lathe, mill, mill turn-Advanced understanding of blueprint reading and GD&T-Communication skills: ability to positively interact with suppliers and other employees.
