Coordinate across ESM, HR, Technology/Cyber, Finance, Procurement and other business teams. Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, milestones and deliverables. Identify gaps/dependencies and proactively drive resolution. Influence teams without direct authority and keep stakeholders aligned. Prepare and present executive-level project updates and recommendations. Use both Agile and traditional/Waterfall project management methodologies. Maintain project documentation, reporting and tracking using PowerPoint/Excel/Word or Google Workspace.
