As the Technical Product Manager for our UI Platform team, you will define and drive the vision, strategy, and execution of our UI framework, tools, best practices, and reusable component library (React, Next.js, Node.js). Your work will empower product delivery teams to create high-quality digital experiences, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and innovation across our organization. Key Responsibilities: Product Strategy and Vision Develop and communicate a clear product vision that aligns with company strategy and goals. Conduct market research and analysis to understand user needs, industry trends, and competitor landscape; use insights to guide product decisions. Build and maintain a strategic product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on business value and customer impact. Product Development and Management Gatperson and document requirements from stakeholders, including product teams, business leaders, and technical teams. Prioritize product features and enhancements using strategic goals, customer feedback, and resource considerations. Write detailed user stories, specifications, and acceptance criteria for development teams. Cross-Functional Collaboration Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and support teams to ensure alignment and successful product delivery. Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating requirements and facilitating communication. Engage with customers and end-users to gatperson feedback, validate concepts, and ensure product-market fit. Product Lifecycle Management Plan and execute product launches, including go-to-market strategies and sales enablement. Monitor product performance using KPIs and analytics; analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement. Implement continuous feedback loops to iterate on the product and enhance user experience. Technical Expertise Maintain a strong technical understanding of front-end frameworks (React, Next.js), Node.js, and related tools to communicate effectively with engineering teams. Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies to strengthen the UI platform's scalability, security, and performance. Address technical challenges and collaborate with development teams to deliver effective solutions. Risk Management and Compliance Identify potential risks in product development and create mitigation strategies. Ensure products comply with relevant industry standards, regulations, and internal policies. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. 5+ years in product management or technical program management, preferably in software development or SaaS environments. Strong technical background in UI technologies (React, Next.js, Node.js) and experience managing design systems or component libraries. Proven ability to develop and communicate product strategy, requirements, and roadmaps. Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills. Experience working cross-functionally in agile environments. Familiarity with risk management and regulatory compliance practices.
