The success of the missions at the company depends on the software that you and your team produce.\r\nRESPONSIBILITIES\r\nDevelop highly reliable and scalable data analysis libraries, systems, and data pipelines, to empower engineers across the company\r\nCreate new applications that improve how the business at the company operates\r\nCollaborate with peers on architecture, design, and code reviews\r\nBuild prototypes to prove out key design concepts and quantify technical constraints\r\nOwn all aspects of software engineering and product development\r\nDeep dive into engineering problems and involve in corporation/coordination with domain experts\r\nBASIC QUALIFICATIONS\r\nBachelor's degree in computer science, data science, engineering, math, physics, or scientific discipline; OR 2+ years of professional experience building software in lieu of a degree\r\n1+ years of experience in full stack development, software engineering, data engineering, or data science\r\nPREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE\r\nProgramming experience in Python, C#, or similar languages\r\nExperience working with data analysis libraries such as Python Pandas\r\nExperience with machine learning libraries like SciPy and PyTorch\r\nExperience with data exploration tools like Grafana, Jupyter Notebooks, Metabase, PowerBI or similar\r\nExperience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL\r\nExperience building web API's and applications using Microsoft .NET\r\nExperience applying computer vision libraries such as OpenCV and Ultralytics to real-world problems\r\nGood understanding of version control, testing, continuous integration, build, deployment and monitoring\r\nSome front-end experience in Angular, React, or similar JavaScript framework\r\nGood understanding of statistics, machine learning algorithms and frameworks\r\nADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS\r\nWilling to work extended hours and weekends when needed\r\nWilling to travel when needed\r\nCOMPENSATION AND BENEFITS\r\nPay Range\r\nSoftware Engineer/Level I: $125,000.00 - $145,000.00 per year\r\nSoftware Engineer/Level II: $145,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year\r\nYour actual level and base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, and experience. Base salary is just one part of your total rewards package at the company.
