We encourage professional development to ensure you bring innovative ideas to our products while satisfying your own intellectual curiosity.What you’ll doProvide application support to investment professionals covering equities and other asset classesAct as a key escalation point for application incident management, leading communications with end-users and senior technology stakeholders on the progress and status of incident resolutionOnboard users and investment teams to internal systems and vendor platformsImplement and regularly review processes, procedures, and policies, and introduce automation to improve team consistency and performanceWork with the sell-side to onboard and configure new trading connectivityReview technology requests and incidents to ensure a high level of internal client serviceWhat’s Required5+ years of application support experience within the financial services industryStrong understanding of order management workflows in equities tradingPractical experience with FIX messaging for equities tradingExperience with SQL and other scripting languagesExperience working with UnixDemonstrated ability to mentor individuals with varying levels of experienceExperience managing outage communications and proven ability to efficiently resolve application issues Commitment to the highest ethical standardsWe take care of our peopleWe invest in our people, their careers, their health, and their well-being.
