Position Type: Office of Business and Finance/Finance Date Posted: 4/15/2026 Location: School Board Office Job Title: Program Manager of State and Federal Grants Program Salary Range: $65,370-$107,353 (Commensurate with experience) Supervisor: Chief Academic Officer Job Classification: Exempt Contract Length: 12-months (260 days) Job Summary The Program Manager of State and Federal Grants Programs is responsible for the programmatic oversight and implementation of all state and federal grant programs. This position focuses on ensuring educational program compliance, coordinating with school leadership, and developing grant narratives and plans that align with district goals and requirements.This position reports to the Chief Academic Officer. Essential Job Functions Develop and maintain comprehensive grant plans for Title I, Title II, Title III, Title IV, and other state and federal programsConduct needs assessments and collaborate with school leadership to identify programmatic prioritiesCreate and update grant narratives that align with district goals and state/federal requirementsCoordinate with principals and instructional staff to implement grant-funded programs effectivelyMonitor program implementation to ensure compliance with grant requirementsProvide professional development related to grant-funded initiativesCollaborate with the Fiscal Manager to ensure alignment between programmatic needs and fiscal resourcesDevelop and maintain relationships with state education agencies regarding programmatic aspects of grantsPrepare and submit required programmatic reports to state and federal agenciesSupport school-based staff in understanding and implementing grant-funded programs Job Specifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required) Excellent verbal and written communication skillsKnowledge of federal and state grant programs, particularly Title programsExperience with program development, implementation, and evaluationStrong communication and collaboration skillsAbility to interpret and apply federal and state regulationsExperience with data analysis and program assessmentAbility to take independent initiative, while committing to collaborationStrong organizational skillsProficient in the Microsoft Office suite & Google Workspace Minimum Qualifications Education: Master's degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or related field Experience: 5+ years of experience in education or non-profit, with at least 2 years in program management Certification and License: N/A Working Conditions and Physical Demands The duties are primarily performed in an office environment, with no unusual physical demands.
